Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to physical addresses within all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — there are no shipping surcharges added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day whenever possible; otherwise within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit time

Standard transit is 4 to 6 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote ZIP codes may take an additional 2 to 4 business days.

Total delivery window

Estimated total: 5 to 8 business days (1–2 business days handling + 4–6 business days transit).

Carriers

Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on size, weight, and destination. The specific carrier is selected per order to balance cost and delivery speed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use our order tracking page at any time to see live status.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the unit before use and email contact@northertool.shop within 7 days of delivery. If a shipment is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days so we can open a trace with the carrier.

Oversized shipments

Larger generators (over 100 lbs) are shipped by freight carrier. The carrier will call you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please inspect the pallet before signing.

Order changes

If you need to update an address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before the order enters processing, but once an order has shipped it cannot be rerouted.
