Shipping origin and timeframes

We ship from U.S.-based warehouses to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Standard delivery is 5 to 8 business days total (1–2 business days handling + 4–6 business days transit). Shipping is free on every order.

Returns

Unused, unfueled generators in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items are returned at our cost; change-of-mind returns are at the customer's cost. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of inspection.

Every unit we sell is a genuine, brand-new, factory-sealed product sourced through the manufacturer or a U.S.-based retail/fulfillment partner.
