Are your generators genuine?

Where are you based?

Our business address is 1019 Lenora Ct, Bellingham, WA 98225, USA. We ship from U.S.-based warehouses to every U.S. state.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship free to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will my order take?

Estimated total delivery is 5 to 8 business days: 1–2 business days to process and 4–6 business days in transit. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a generator?

Yes — unused, unfueled generators in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility details.

Who pays return shipping?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing may add 2 to 5 additional business days.
