Every generator and power station sold by NORTHERTOOL is a genuine, brand-new, factory-sealed unit. We do not sell refurbished, used, grey-market, counterfeit, or unauthorized goods.

Sourcing

We source our inventory directly from the manufacturers whose products we carry — or through their authorized U.S. distributors. Brands currently represented include Honda, DuroMax, Generac, Westinghouse, Champion, Goal Zero, AFERIY, Growatt, maXpeedingrods, and BILT HARD.

Serial numbers and warranty

Because our units come through authorized channels, every serial number is on-record with its manufacturer. This means your manufacturer warranty is valid and claimable from day one.

Packaging and documentation

Products arrive in their original factory packaging with all included accessories, cables, warranty cards, and operating manuals. If anything appears to have been opened, re-packed, or is missing from the box, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
